National Economic and Social Development Office Act 2006 (Establishment Day) Order 2006

I, Bertie Ahern, Taoiseach, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the National Economic and Social Development Office Act 2006 (No. 21 of 2006), hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to section 4 of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House:

1.   This Order may be cited as the National Economic and Social Development Office Act 2006 (Establishment Day) Order 2006.

2.   The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the National Economic and Social Development Office Act 2006 (No. 21 of 2006) is 1 January 2007.
