Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 (Amendment) Order 2006

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 of the Building Control Act 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:-

1.       This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 (Amendment) Order, 2006.

2.       The Schedule to the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 ( S.I. No. 2 of 2002 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of:-

(1)  “Rose Kenny” for “Ann McGuinness”.

(2)  “Gerry Farrell” for “Paul Kelly”

(3)  “Erik Koornneef” for “Niamh Doherty”

This Order provides for the appointment of three members to the Building Regulations Advisory Body (BRAB) to fill three casual vacancies on the BRAB.
