Aer Lingus Act 2004 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2006

I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13(2) of the Aer Lingus Act 2004 (No. 10 of 2004), hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Aer Lingus Act 2004 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2006.

2.  The 11th day of September 2006 is appointed as the day on which sections 1, 5, 8, 10, 11 and 13 of the Aer Lingus Act 2004 (No. 10 of 2004) come into operation.

•   Provision as to certain loans

•   Short title and commencement
