ORDER

Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (Section 1A) (Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General) Order 2006.

To be made by the Government

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1A (inserted by section 5 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 18 of 2005)) of the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (No. 46 of 1956), hereby order as follows:

1.      This Order may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (Section 1A) (Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General) Order 2006.

2.      Such person as from time to time stands duly appointed to act as the Secretary and Director of Audit in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General is designated to be the Head of the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the purposes of the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 .
