ORDER

Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 (Establishment Day) Order 2006

I, Mary Hanafin T.D., Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 5 of the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 (No. 21 of 2005), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 (Establishment Day) Order 2006.

2.   The 10th day of May 2006 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 (No. 21 of 2005).
