An Bord Bia (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2006

I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of An Bord Bia (Amendment) Act 2004 (Number 14 of 2004) hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as An Bord Bia (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2006.

2.   The 28th day of February 2006 is appointed as the day on which section 24(a)(ii) of An Bord Bia (Amendment) Act 2004 (Number 14 of 2004) comes into operation.
