ORDER

Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2005

I, Mary Hanafin, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 53(2) of the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (No. 30 of 2004), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Education for Person with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2005.

2.       The 1st day of October 2005 is appointed as the day on which sections 45 to 49 of the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (No. 30 of 2004) come into operation.
