ORDER

entitled

Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (Section 5) (Specified Period) Order 2002

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5(5)(b) of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (No. 7 of 2000) and after consultation with the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse, hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (Section 5)(Specified Period) Order 2002.

2.   The period of 5 years from the establishment day is hereby specified for the purposes of section 5(5)(b) of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (No. 7 of 2000).
