CRIMINAL JUSTICE (TEMPORARY RELEASE OF PRISONERS) ACT 2003 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004.

I, MICHAEL McDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(2) of the Criminal Justice (Temporary Release of Prisoners) Act 2003 (No. 34 of 2003), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Temporary Release of Prisoners) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 12th day of November 2004 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Temporary Release of Prisoners) Act 2003 (No. 34 of 2003) shall come into operation.
