NATIONAL STUD (AMENDMENT) ACT 2000 (VESTING) ORDER 2004.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 2 (1) of the National Stud (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 40 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Stud (Amendment) Act 2000 (Vesting) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 1 October 2004.

2. In this Order “Company” means the Irish National Stud Company Limited.

3. The Minister vests all the property described in the Schedule to this Order in the Company subject to all rights, burdens and encumbrances.

4. The Company shall maintain that portion of the lands known as the Japanese Gardens as a show place for visitors and shall keep the same open to visitors at such times and on such terms and conditions as the Company consider appropriate.
