AN ACT TO IMPLEMENT THE STATE'S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE PROTOCOL, DONE AT VIENNA ON 22 SEPTEMBER 1998, ADDITIONAL TO THE AGREEMENT, DONE AT BRUSSELS ON 5 APRIL 1973, BETWEEN NON-NUCLEAR WEAPONS STATES OF THE EUROPEAN ATOMIC ENERGY COMMUNITY, THE EUROPEAN ATOMIC ENERGY COMMUNITY AND THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY IN IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE III(1) AND (4) OF THE TREATY ON THE NON-PROLIFERATION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS, WHICH SAID TREATY WAS DONE AT LONDON, MOSCOW AND WASHINGTON ON 1 JULY 1968 AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
