Ordaímse, Parthalán Ó hEachthairn, An Taoiseach, i bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dom le halt 7 (3) den Acht um Chomhaontú na Breataine — na hÉireann (Leasú) 2002 (Uimh. 26 de 2002), leis seo mar seo a leanas:

1.         Déanfar an tOrdú fán Acht um Chomhaontú na Breataine — na hÉireann (Leasú) 2002, (Tosach Feidhme) 2002, a ghairm den Ordú seo.

2.         Socraítear leis seo an 3^ú lá de Nollaig 2002 mar an lá a dtiocfaidh an tAcht um Chomhaontú na Breataine — na hÉireann (Leasú) 2002 (Uimh. 26 de 2002) i bhfeidhm.

British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002

I, BERTIE AHERN, Taoiseach, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7 (3) of the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002 (No 26 of 2002), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

2.         The 3^rd day of December 2002 is hereby fixed as the day on which the British-Irish Agreement (Amendment) Act 2002 (No 26 of 2002) shall come into operation.
