STATE PROPERTY ACT, 1998

AN ACT TO ENABLE THE MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE AND FOOD TO SELL AND OTHERWISE DEAL WITH LANDS VESTED IN THE MINISTER BY THE NATIONAL STUD ACT, 1945 , AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO AMEND THAT ACT AND THE STATE PROPERTY ACT, 1954 , AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS. [8th December, 1998]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Amendment of National Stud Act, 1945 .

1.—The National Stud Act, 1945 , is hereby amended by the repeal of section 7 .

Amendment of State Property Act, 1954 .

2.—The State Property Act, 1954 , is hereby amended in the First Schedule by the repeal of paragraph 5.

Short title.

3.—This Act may be cited as the State Property Act, 1998.
