AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 37 OF THE GAS ACT, 1976 . [3rd June, 1998] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Repeal of section 37 of Gas Act, 1976 . |
1.— Section 37 of the Gas Act, 1976 , is hereby repealed. |

|
Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) Act, 1998. |
|||||||
|
(2) The Gas Acts, 1976 to 1995, and this Act may be cited together as the Gas Acts, 1976 to 1998. |
