VALUATION (REVISIONS AND NEW VALUATIONS) (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1996.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulations, 1996.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an application by an owner or occupier of any property or by a rating authority under section 3 (1) of the Valuation Act, 1988 , shall be £100.

3. The Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulation, 1988 ( S.I. No. 380 of 1988 ), is hereby revoked.
