VALUATION (REVISIONS AND NEW VALUATIONS) (FEES) REGULATION, 1988.

I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988) hereby make the following Regulation:

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuatior (Revisions and New Valuation) (Fees) Regulation, 1988.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an application by an owner or occupier of any property or by a rating authority under section 3 (1) of the Valuation Act, 1988 , shall be £20.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation sets a fee of £20 for any application made to have the rateable valuation of a property revised or fixed for the first time.
