LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DUBLIN) ACT, 1993


AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE DIVISION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF DUBLIN INTO THREE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTIES TO BE KNOWN AS THE COUNTY OF SOUTH DUBLIN, THE COUNTY OF FINGAL AND THE COUNTY OF DUN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNCIL FOR EACH OF THOSE COUNTIES, TO AMEND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DUBLIN) ACTS, 1930 TO 1991, AND TO PROVIDE FOR MATTERS RELATED TO THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
