WORKER PROTECTION (REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES) ACT, 1991 (SOCIAL WELFARE REGULATIONS) ORDER, 1991.

I, BERTIE AIIERN, T.D., Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) (a) of the Worker Protection (Regular Part-Time Employees) Act, 1991 (No. 5 of 1991), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Protection (Regular Part-Time Employees) Act, 1991 (Social Welfare Regulations) Order, 1991.

2. The Social Welfare (Subsidiary Employments) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 73 of 1991 ), and the Social Welfare (Employment of Inconsiderable Extent) (No. 2) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 72 of 1991 ), are hereby prescribed for the purposes of paragraphs (a) (i), (f) (i) and (g) of the definition of "excluding provision" in section 1 of the Worker Protection (Regular Part-Time Employees) Act, 1991 , or any of them, being regulations made by the Minister for Social Welfare and to which either or both subsection 1 of section 4 of the Act of 1967 and section 3 of the Act of 1984 relates.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes for the purposes of the "excluding provision" in paragraphs (a) (i), (f) (i) and (g) of section 1 of the Worker Protection (Regular Part-Time Employees) Act, 1991 , particular regulations made by the Minister for Social Welfare relating to subsidiary employment and employment of inconsiderable extent.
