AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE LAW TO AUTHORISE THE TAKING OF BODILY SAMPLES FOR FORENSIC TESTING FROM PERSONS SUSPECTED OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL OFFENCES.
