RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDER) ACT, 1987

AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (GROCERIES) ORDER, 1987. [11th December, 1987]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1987, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1987.
