URBAN RENEWAL ACT, 1986


AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE RENEWAL OF CERTAIN URBAN AREAS, FOR THAT PURPOSE TO PROVIDE FOR THE DESIGNATION OF SUCH AREAS BY THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND FOR THE REMISSION OF RATES IN SUCH DESIGNATED AREAS, TO ESTABLISH A BODY TO BE KNOWN AS THE CUSTOM HOUSE DOCKS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND TO DEFINE ITS FUNCTIONS, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [24th June, 1986]
