AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE PERIODICAL REVIEW OF RENTS PAYABLE UNDER REVERSIONARY LEASES AND SPORTING LEASES AND FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FEE SIMPLE AND OTHER INTERESTS IN LAND IN CERTAIN CASES AND FOR THESE AND OTHER PURPOSES TO AMEND THE LAW OF LANDLORD AND TENANT AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
