FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRE (KILLYBEGS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1983.

I, PADDY O'TOOLE, Minister for Fisheries and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (No. 18 of 1968), and the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 30 of 1977 ) (as adapted by the Fisheries (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 195 of 1978 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1983.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of January, 1983.

3. The Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) Order, 1969 ( S.I. No. 210 of 1969 ) (as amended by the Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 183 of 1974 )), shall have effect as if paragraph 4, in lieu of defining as therein stated the area of Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre, defined that area as being that part of Killybegs Harbour and of the land adjoining it within the outer margin of the red line on the map contained in the Schedule to this Order.

4. The Fishery Harbour Centre (Killybegs) (Amendment) Order, 1974, is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to extend the limits of the Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre.
