AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE. [27th December, 1982] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Continuance of Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956. |
1.—(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , Shall continue in force until the 31st day of December, 1983, and shall then expire. |
|||||||
|
(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1977 , other than section 2, is hereby repealed. |
||||||||
|
Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1982. |
