Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1982

Continuance of Exchange Control Act, 1954.

1.—The following subsection is hereby substituted for section 2 (2) of the Exchange Control Act, 1954 , as amended by section 2 of the Exchange Control (Continuance and Amendment) Act, 1978 :

“(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1986, and shall then expire.”.
