Tax on Chargeable Gains

Interpretation (Chapter VI ).

29.—In this Chapter—

“the Principal Act” means the Capital Gains Tax Act, 1975 ;

“the Act of 1978” means the Capital Gains Tax (Amendment) Act, 1978 .
