S.I. No. 343/1981 - Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981.


I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), the Transport and Power (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1977 ), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved of under an international agreement to which the State is a party):

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1981 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1981.

(2) The citation “the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 and 1981,” shall include these Regulations.

2. The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 78 of 1980 ), are hereby amended as follows:—

(a) by the substitution in Regulation 5 (1) for “23, 0979 United States dollars” (inserted by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 104 of 1981 )) of “21, 9127 United States dollars”,

(b) the substitution for the Schedule thereto (inserted by the said Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1981) of the following Schedule:
