AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROMOTION BY THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT OF A LIMITED COMPANY TO PROVIDE FINANCE, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES, TO PROVIDE FOR THE GUARANTEEING BY THE MINISTER FOR FINANCE OF BORROWINGS BY THE SAID COMPANY AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS.
