AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE RENT RESTRICTIONS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1981 , HAS EFFECT. [23rd December, 1981] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Duration of Rent Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1981. |
1.—The following section shall be substituted for section 2 of the Rent Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1981 : |

“2. This Act shall have effect until the 25th day of April, 1982, and shall then expire.”. |
||||||||
|
Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Rent Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) (Continuance) Act, 1981. |
|||||||
|
(2) The collective citation, the Rent Restrictions Acts, 1960 to 1981, shall include this Act. |
