AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAND BOND ACT, 1934 . [13th May, 1980] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Amendment of section 6 of the Land Bond Act, 1934. |
1.— Section 6 (as amended by the Land Bond Act, 1978 ) of the Land Bond Act, 1934 , which provides for limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) of the following subsection: |

“(1) The total amount of land bonds created and issued under this Act shall not exceed one hundred and five million pounds.” |
||||||||||
|
Short title, construction and citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1980. |
|||||||||
|
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts. |
