AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT) ORDER, 1979. [3rd July, 1979]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Confirmation of Order.

S.I. No. 202 of 1979.

1.—The Restrictive Practices (Motor Spirit) Order, 1979, made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1979.
