Offices and premises.

24.—(1) The Authority may provide itself with such offices and premises as may be necessary for the performance of its functions.

(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), the Authority may, subject to subsection (3)—
|
| |
(a) purchase or take on lease any land, offices or premises,
|
| |
(b) build, equip and maintain offices and premises,
|
| |
(c) sell or lease any land, offices or premises held by it and no longer required for the performance of its functions, and
|
| |
(d) so far as may be authorised by the Minister, join with other bodies in leasing or otherwise acquiring land, offices or premises and in erecting offices or premises.

(3) The Authority may not sell or purchase any land, offices or premises except with the permission in writing of the Minister.
