S.I. No. 287/1976 - Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1976.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1976.

2. The 28th day of December, 1976 and the 3rd day of January, 1977 shall be regarded as public holidays for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the main regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes to enable the office to close on Tuesday, 28th December, 1976 and Monday, 3rd January, 1977.
