SOCIAL WELFARE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1975

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 (2) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (Revocation) Order, 1975.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of September, 1975.

3. The Social Welfare (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1975 ( S.I. No. 193 of 1975 ), is hereby revoked.
