SOCIAL WELFARE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1975. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Social Welfare and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1975. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of August, 1975. 3. The powers and duties of the Minister for Social Welfare under each of the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Frank Cluskey, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Social Welfare. | ||
