Air Navigation and Transport (No. 2) Act, 1975

Amendment of section 1 of Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965.

1.—Subsection (1) of section 1 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 , is hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the definition of “air service”:

“‘air service’ means a flight or flights by one or more aircraft carrying passengers, cargo or mail;”.
