AN ACT TO AMEND THE AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT ACT, 1965 . [5th August, 1975] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Amendment of section 1 of Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965. |
1.—Subsection (1) of section 1 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 , is hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the definition of “air service”: |

|
“‘air service’ means a flight or flights by one or more aircraft carrying passengers, cargo or mail;”. |
||||||||
|
Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (No. 2) Act, 1975. |
|||||||
|
(2) The collective citation, the Air Navigation and Transport Acts, 1936 to 1975, shall include this Act. |
