AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT) ORDER, 1975 . [16th July, 1975] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

Confirmation of Order. |
1.—The Restrictive Practices (Motor Spirit) Order, 1975 , made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed. |

Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1975. |
