LAND BOND ACT, 1975

AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAND BOND ACT, 1934 . [5th May, 1975]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Amendment of section 6 of Land Bond Act, 1934.

1.— Section 6 (as amended by the Land Bond Act, 1969 ) of the Land Bond Act, 1934 , which provides limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) of the following subsection:

“(1) The total amount of land bonds created and issued under this Act shall not exceed sixty million pounds.”

Short title, construction and citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1975.

(2) This Act may be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts.
