AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID AND WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW. [23rd July, 1974]
