AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (GROCERIES) ORDER, 1973 , AND THE RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (GROCERIES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1973 . [27th March, 1974]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Confirmation of Orders.

1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1973 , and the Restrictive Practices (Groceries) (Amendment) Order, 1973 , made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 8 of the, Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , are hereby confirmed.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1974.
