AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE. [2nd April, 1968.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

Continuance of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956. |
1.—(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1971, and shall then expire. |
|||||||
|
(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1965, is hereby repealed. |
||||||||
|
Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1968. |
