AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 2 (1) (a) OF THE AGRICULTURE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1964 . [5th July, 1967.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS :— |

Repeal of section 2 (1) (a) of Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1964. |
1.— Section 2 (1) (a) of the Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1964 , is hereby repealed. |

Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1967. |
|||||||
|
(2) The Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1964, and this Act may be cited together as the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1967. |
