DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (BUTTER LEVY FORM) REGULATIONS, 1966.

AN BORD BAINNE (hereinafter called " the Board ") in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 40 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961) hereby makes the following Regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Butter Levy Form) Regulations, 1966.

2. Every registered proprietor of a Creamery liable under the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 to pay any sum to the Board on foot of Butter Levy in respect of a period beginning on or after the 4th day of June, 1966 shall send to the Board the particulars specified in or required by Section 40 (1) (b) of the said Act, in the Form set forth in the Schedule hereto not later than seven days after the last day of the month to which it refers and the directions and instructions contained in or appended to such Form shall be complied with.

3. Every such Form shall be sent to the Board by post addressed to the Secretary, An Bord Bainne, Dublin, 2.

4. Regulation 5 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Forms) Regulations, 1964 ( S.I. No. 97 of 1964 ), and the Second Schedule thereto shall cease to have effect in relation to any period beginning on or after the 4th day of June, 1966.
