DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (FORMS) REGULATIONS, 1964.

AN BORD BAINNE (hereinafter called "the Board") in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 40 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961) hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Forms) Regulations, 1964.

2. In these Regulations:—

the expression "the Act" means the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 .

3. Every form mentioned in these Regulations shall be sent to the Board by being sent by post to the Secretary, An Bord Bainne, Dublin.

4. Every registered proprietor of a creamery or cream-separating station liable underthe Act to pay any sum to the Board on foot of Milk Levy shall send to the Board the particulars specified in or required by Section 40(1) (a) of the Act in the Form M.L. 1 set forth in the First Schedule hereto not later than seven days after the last day of the month to which it refers.

5. Every registered proprietor of a creamery liable under the Act to pay any sum to the Board on foot of Butter Levy shall send to the Board the particulars specified in or required by Section 40(1) (b) of the Act in the Form B.L. 1 set forth in the Second Schedule hereto not later than seven days after the last day of the month to which it refers and the directions and instructions contained in or appended to such Form shall be complied with.
