RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDER) ACT, 1966

AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) ORDER, 1965, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 9 OF THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT, 1953 . [31st May, 1966.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—

Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , is hereby confirmed.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1966.
