Amendment of Act of 1935. |
13.—(1) The following section is hereby inserted in the Act of 1935 in lieu of section 21 (inserted by the Social Welfare Act, 1948 ): | |
“21. A widow shall not be granted a widow's (non-contributory) pension unless she has not attained the age of seventy years.” | ||
(2) Section 22 of the Act of 1935 is hereby amended by the deletion of subsection (2) (inserted by the Social Welfare Act, 1948 ). |
