Amendment of section 13 of Act of 1933. |
12.—Section 13 of the Act of 1933 is hereby amended by the insertion in paragraph (b) of subsection (1) after subparagraph (xi) (inserted by the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1962 ) of the following subparagraph: | |
“(xii) where a person is engaged on a seasonal basis in the occupation of fishing, one-half of so much of the income derived therefrom as does not exceed. £80 per year and one-third of so much of such income as exceeds £80 per year but does not exceed £200 per year”. |
