SHANNON AIRPORT (ADMISSION CHARGES) (REVOCATION) BYE-LAWS, 1960.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Subsection (1) of Section 16 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby make the following bye-laws:—

1. These bye-laws may be cited as the Shannon Airport (Admission Charges) (Revocation) Bye-laws, 1960.

2. These bye-laws shall come into operation on the 9th day of August, 1960.

3. The Shannon Airport (Admission Charges) Bye-Laws, 1953 ( S.I. No. 293 of 1953 ), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These bye-laws revoke the Shannon Airport (Admission Charges) Bye-Laws, 1953, which provided for the charging of admission charges at Shannon Airport.
