SHANNON AIRPORT (ADMISSION CHARGES) BYE-LAWS, 1953.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of Section 16 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following bye-laws :—

1. These bye-laws may be cited as the Shannon Airport (Admission Charges) Bye-laws, 1953.

2. The following charges shall be made for the admission of persons and motor cars to Shannon Airport :

(a) for each person, other than the driver of a motor car, sixpence ;

(b) for each motor car, including the driver thereof, two shillings and sixpence.
